exercise encourages people to think more creatively
Dutch researchers found that people who exercise
regularly tend to produce better creative thinking. According to them, exercise
can improve a person's ability to think more flexibly.
However,

regularly. Lorenza Colzato, chairman Universitym research from Leiden, the
Netherlands, revealed that the research team analyzed the benefits of exercise
on the creativity of two main parts, namely the convergent and divergent
thinking.

Colzato
and research team divided the two groups of participants to conduct a test of
creativity thinking. The first group are required to exercise at least four
times a week, while the other group was asked to not exercise.
